Quantifiers are just a kind of adjectives with respect to their morphosyntactic behaviour. They include six indefinite adjectives and the numbers. They are:

The six indefinites and the numbers from 1 to 4 inflect as three form nouns. 100, 1,000 and the numbers from 5 to 9 inflect as two form nouns. The other numbers are indeclinable.
The genitive-locative of quantifiers has an adverbial iterative meaning. Example: cúnagaagii: "twice"; úúluugaag: "never".
